Villa Yambol wine label – the winding road of wine
Villa Yambol wine label is one of those projects that make you think that doing an extraordinary label for exquisite wine is a lot easier than doing a memorable easy-to-understand design for a wine range of normal wines that stand in the middle of the shelf. Well, who said it was going to be easy anyway?
The Villa Yambol wines are fresh, tasty, always inviting to have a bottle more. They come from one of the best regions in Bulgaria – the Thracian Valley. The whole range consists of 6 wines at the moment but it is open for more new varieties. The idea behind the label is simple but easy to remember – the top is reserved for the Winery Silhouette surrounded by the vineyards and a winding road leading to the winery portal. The background is more abstract – it is presented only by a wave transmitting the idea of endless skies and landscapes perspectives behind the winery.
There is also a wide frame around the label using different colors for each of the wines and helping consumer recognize easily the relation between variety and color. The frame is also decorated with pattern of vines overprinted with transparent raised varnish against the colorful background. We used stripped textured paper for this label and hot-foil for the logo. The capsule is very simple emphasizing on the logo placed at the bottom part. As we said above, the Villa Yambol range is still open for new entries and we believe that would be two amazing Reserves. Stay tuned.
